Today it will be made with rhubarb but you can use just about any fruit you like. We like to eat it fresh out of the oven with some vanilla icecream (or vanilla custard or chocolate sauce or you name it.)
125 gr butter
125 gr sugar
150 gr flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
fruit depending on your taste
Arrange fruit in a pie dish.
Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon if you like.
Cream butter and sugar,
Add the egg, flour and baking powder.
Drop spoonfuls of batter over fruit in heaps.
Does not have to be even.
Bake at 175°C for about 30 minutes or until crisp.
